After breakfast,you will start with south-west part of Istria. You will visit the stunning islands of Brijuni National Park. This visit is the opportunity to be introduced to flora and fauna of these magnificent islands as well as to their cultural and historical heritage. Returning from the islands,we head up for Vodnjan, a small town near Pula, to visit an olive oil refinery where you will have a unique opportunity to be introduced to the process of getting olive oil – and taste the product. In addition to tasting, you will also enjoy an excellent lunch made of assorted Istrian specialties of this area. After lunch, you will visit the old town center of Vodnjan and you can take photos of the old Renaissance Lord Major's House and round up this unforgettable program.
